Ralph White has unfailingly navigated the choppy waters of business and life and always come up a winner. He brings a lifetime of business experience to his “Consulting2Win” strategy for business excellence. Ralph’s earliest entrepreneurial aspirations involved selling donuts to his Boy Scout troop – for a profit of course! Ralph ran his own sheet metal fabricating company for over 37 years while simultaneously managing a variety of other businesses. In 1993, Ralph began his consulting career, sharing his vast knowledge and unique approach with entrepreneurs, managers and salespeople the world over.

Ralph holds a degree in Business Administration from the California State University at Long Beach. He has served on numerous community service boards and committees and is a sought-after public speaker and radio guest. Ralph resides in Southern California and enjoys painting, music and reading.

Bryan brings 30 years of successful business experience primarily in sales and operations management for small to mid-sized industrial companies.

Those roles required developing and honing his innate skills in leadership & team building, and business development & sales management — all of which are, at their core, people skills. Reinforced with Bryan’s natural strategic thinking and analysis acumen, he has enjoyed a winning career of progressive responsibility in business which provides an objective measure of one’s talent and abilities.

While his formal education includes a B.A. in Economics from UC Irvine, growing up as a young man whose father (Ralph White) is an acclaimed business/career coach as well as a highly accomplished author of “12 Steps to Success in BusinessLife”, wasn’t always easy. But Bryan says it was so worthwhile.

“I cannot overstate the importance to my career success of the impact from my father’s ever-present coaching, mentoring and encouragement throughout the years,” Bryan explains.

“He has tirelessly served as a bright shining light of inspiration teaching me to build on my strengths, know my limitations, strive to do better, and develop the insight to uplift the people working around me to reach their highest potential.”

It is often said that one cannot teach what they don’t have.

With a 30-year successful track record in a variety of business management positions, which includes plenty of setbacks and mistakes along the way (often the best teachers), metaphorically speaking Bryan feels he has earned his Ph.D. in People and what does and doesn’t produce success in business, and in life.

Inspired and instructed by his father’s example, coaching and teachings, and blessed with three decades of valuable business experience in the trenches and as a senior manager of people, Bryan decided to pivot his life’s energy to giving back by joining Ralph’s coaching practice.
